Rejuvenate! originated in Utica, New York in 2007, born from a collaboration of a heart surgeon, a marketing expert, and an entrepreneur. Unlike typical med spas, Rejuvenate! was designed from the outset to excel, prioritizing safety, honesty, and value.
Despite facing challenges, including the economic downturn of 2008, Rejuvenate! persevered. We downsized and refocused on non-surgical cosmetic procedures, particularly tox and fillers, which have since become the bedrock of our business. With the surge in popularity of these treatments, we’ve expanded into multiple markets, cementing our reputation as a premier med spa dedicated to providing safe, effective, and affordable solutions.

Dr. Joyce has been practicing heart surgery since 1994, and still does. Since 2007, however, he has also brought his surgical and medical skills to bear in the cosmetic arena. He is a founder of Rejuvenate! Med Spa and its medical director since its inception. He brings his high ethical standard with him from heart surgery into his cosmetic brainchild.
“In heart surgery, only things that really work are acceptable practice. Those that do not work more often than not harm patients, and often drastically. I have always felt strongly that it is my responsibility to only deliver surgical services that really work and that improve patients’ well being”. This ethos forms the basis for The Rejuvenate! Dr. Joyce is also a master injector having treated thousands of clients over more than 16 years and is involved in the training, certification, and supervision of all Rejuvenate! Med Spa associates. Dr. Joyce is medical director for and practices at all Rejuvenate! locations.
Lynn has worked as a PA for the past 9 years and in healthcare for 30+ years. She has a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and her interests lie in wellness and fitness. She believes healthy skin is important for overall health and starts with sleep, nutrition, hydration, and protection but that cosmetic procedures such as tox and fillers often add “the dot over the i” on these foundational principles. Lynn practices at the Utica NY location.
Lisa is passionate about harmonizing beauty, health, and wellness. Her academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Wellness Management from SUNY Oswego (2014), an Associate degree in Applied Science fron St. Elizabeth College of Nursing (2019), and a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Sacred Heart University specializing in Executive Leadership and Nursing Management (2022).
Lisa embarked on her nursing career as a Dialysis Staff Nurse in 2019 and achieved the role of Nurse Manager in 2021. From her beginnings in healthcare to her current role at Rejuvenate, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach that sets her apart in the field.
Having been a devoted Rejuvenate! client since 2018, Lisa was captivated by the company’s rare commitment to prioritizing clients over product upsells—a breath of fresh air in the aesthetic industry. As a native to the area, Lisa is enthusiastic about contributing to the Central New York community and offering her expertise to help individuals gracefully navigate the aging process. Lisa’s passion for aesthetics, coupled with her unwavering dedication to client satisfaction, positions her as an invaluable addition to the Rejuvenate! team. Lisa practices at the Utica NY location.
Will Is the Chief Cardiothoracic Surgery physician assistant at Ascension Genesys Hospital with 25 years of experience in Cardiac Surgery. He received his masters degree in Physician Assistant studies from The University of Detroit Mercy. Prior to PA school, Will worked at Children’s Hospital of Michigan as a Registered Dietitian specializing in Nutrition Support. Will’s interests outside of medicine are health and fitness. As well as helping others with their health and fitness goals, he has expanded that interest to the areas of men’s health, anti-aging, and aesthetics.
In working with Dr. Joyce in cardiac surgery he discovered a similar interest in aesthetics. “It is nice to work with people and help them look and feel their best”. Will is happy to be a part of the Rejuvenate! Grand Blanc team and looks forward to applying his unique skills and vast experience to the Rejuvenate! mission.
